You must be an experienced Project Manager with 3 years of hands-on hazardous material abatement experience and 2 years of management experience. You will be responsible for business development, the entire project life cycle from estimating to execution and completion, health & safety, and customer care. You will need to have strong people skills, organizational abilities and a very high level of executive functioning skills.
Duties
Business development and customer relationship management
Estimating, planning, and executing projects from start to finish
Managing and supervising project staff
Controlling project costs and branch overheads
Maintaining and enforcing Occupational Health & Safety standards
Reviewing and approving payroll for project personnel
Preparing cash flow forecasts, estimating projections, tracking project accruals and monitoring burn rate
Time Off & Benefits

Use of a company truck during work hours (must have a clean driver’s abstract)
