Roles and Responsibilities:
• Anchor AU Bank’s Bano Champion Program, a sports initiative under Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Facilitate effective and efficient implementation of the program for assigned partner organisations across all essential components for ensured program success.
• Guide partner team in developing their project implementation plan and ensure incorporation.
• Ensure strong MIS and data management system to track progress using deployed technology tools.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, partners, agencies, consultants, athletes, and vendors to ensure high quality and consistent delivery.
• Lead partnership development and management with relevant Sports Clubs/organization and civil society stakeholders. Ensure partnerships with key government departments and Sports agencies.
• Facilitate the development of the regional program design within the framework of the CSR vision and the Sports program strategy.
• Develop and maintain key project documents including proposals, budget, reports, program status, creative briefs, contract etc.
• Managing teams: recruit, train, guide, and mentor both field teams and project operation teams.
• Any other work assigned by the Reporting Manager/higher authorities

Qualification
• 5+ Years of experience in similar role, experience in Sports brand is desirable
• Excellent project management skills with ability to outline project plans and timelines to key constituents and drive successful delivery against goals
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive meaningful business results
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly power point and excel
• Willingness and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi language both written and oral
