Job Role: Project Manager
Job location: Noida
Working Days: 5 Days(work from office)
Responsibilities:-
● Prepare and present detailed project and integration plans with timelines and deliverables to clients and ensure that internal teams are aligned on the plan.
• Work with the client and internal teams in preparing detailed specifications and take responsibility for reviewing and approving them.
• Drive client contact and satisfaction – you will act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring that an exceptional level of service is delivered. Your efforts will ensure we maintain a consistently high standard of feedback and NPS.
• Project tracking and reporting – you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification. This will involve coordinating other roles and internal teams and guiding the client through their responsibilities in the process.
• Become an expert in the platform and its integration. This will enable you to guide internal team and clients through the onboarding processes as well as other projects.
Requirements:-
3-5yrs exp with MBA from tier 1/2 college/ with preferable engineering degree in graduation (BE/B.Tech)
• Good experience within SaaS Project Management from a high growth, early stage tech company, such as; SaaS, B2B, Martech, Fintech, HRtech,
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, and can both prepare and execute very detailed project plans.
• Strong communication skills, communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with, manipulating and interpreting data sets
