Key Responsibilities:
• Building and leading a high-performing project cross functional team.
• Overseeing project scheduling, budgeting, and implementation plans
• Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project success
• Analyzing progress and adjusting project parameters as necessary
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Implementing best practices to empower the team.
• Managing project scope and performance standards
• Tracking project performance KPIs across multiple projects
• Building partnerships with outside vendors and customers
• Assigning resources for optimal project efficiency
• Monitoring risks and opportunities.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 4-7 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and GD&T
• Knowledge of NX and Teamcenter
• Proven experience in product development in the automotive market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP/PRINCE II certification would be a plus.
• Knowledge of APQP
• Experience launching new products into the market
• Strong attention to deadlines
• Ability to develop internal processes
• Experience coaching and developing team members' capabilities.
