Position Profile:

Reporting to the Manager of the Industrialization Program, the Industrialization Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing project plans that align with the company’s manufacturing strategies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and driving projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager ensures alignment with strategic objectives, manages risks, and fosters collaboration across departments to achieve operational excellence in industrialization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and layout of manufacturing cells and facilities to optimize workflow and operational effectiveness
• Development, coordination and execution of transformative projects linked to improved production efficiencies
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless industrialization processes
• Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets to maintain alignment with strategic goals
• Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders and upper management
• Ensure project governance, provide oversight, and manage key deliverables to meet company objectives

Qualifications:
• A technical post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• Over 5 years of experience in Aerospace Engineering, Methods, or Manufacturing environments
• In-depth knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems, Aerospace Engineering Systems, and aircraft
• Proven experience in leading project teams with strong project management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability in identifying and implementing new manufacturing technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Lean concepts and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting aircraft engineering drawings
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and effective interaction with teams and stakeholders
