Job Description
The Project Manager role extends through both the design and delivery of our projects. You will participate in concept development, design documentation, through construction administration.
The Project Manager owns the project and leads the people and processes to deliver a completed project and overlook multiple sites inclusive of (scheduling, budgeting and coordination of internal resources and vendors). As the project moves into CA the project leader is responsible for Quality Control (ensuring the designs are buildable) and fluid communication and clarification with client and construction partners.

understands the clients goals, concerns and agendas
understands our goals and concerns and agendas
that we work to satisfy them both
Key Responsibilities:
Project would be Delhi focused and primarily to lead the construction.
Lead the development of design and project pitches for securing new work: considering the overall strategy behind winning and working with various team members to bring a collective vision in response to our clients needs to life
Work with Team Lead to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Take a lead role in clearly defining and communicating all aspects of project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress performance on all projects within the team
Work with Project Coordinator to prepare Consultant Agreements
Assign responsibilities and mentor junior colleagues in project team
Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnels performance) and report regularly on project status
Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
Interface directly with the client and lead all stages of the project ensuring we are one step ahead of their needs
Perform risk management to minimize project risk
Preparation, maintenance, and implementation of various document control entities such as daily reports, material procurement logs, submittal logs, as-builts, testing and inspection logs, RFI logs, and change order logs

10-15 years working in a similar role within an AEC company
Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related

Detail oriented and with excellent analytical skills
Experienced or interest In mentoring more junior team members,
