About the Role:
Are you passionate about interior design and ready to bring concepts to life on-site? We’re looking for an Interior Designer with hands-on site supervision experience to join our team. This is a role that blends creative design with practical project management on ground.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit project sites to supervise and manage day-to-day execution of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site labour to ensure work is carried out as per approved designs.
• Explain design intent, technical drawings, and specifications to on-site teams in a clear, actionable way.
• Monitor quality of workmanship, resolve site issues, and ensure timely progress of projects.
• Manage material selection, deliveries, and on-site inventory.
• Regularly update project managers and clients with progress reports and site photos.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
• Assistance with preparation of BOQ's.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in interior design with proven site supervision/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/ID drawings.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Practical, problem-solving mindset with ability to manage labour teams.
