Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.
• Client Relations:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, site supervisors, and other staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-outs market.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the interior fit-outs industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
