Job Description
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope & margins within agreed timelines.
• Will be leading and Managing the entire circle project team.
• Ensure weekly and monthly project status reporting highlighting Gap’s, Risk and mitigation plans with support required. Recording and managing project issues and escalating where vital to right stakeholders
• Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
• Handle project finance: Ensuring periodic financial system monitoring & KPI adherence (GC)
• Project Documentations: Evaluate project requirements, identify, and resolve ambiguities, and build all required documentation including but not limited to scope statements, project schedules, risk mitigation plans, issue logs, status, and cost reports to be presented to internal and external customers. (Eri-doc Updaiton and Global Cronos tool compliances)
• Ensuring compliance to all processes defined in Ericsson way of working (PDB, OHS, PTW, RSA, NSS, Checklist, Site audit, Monthly inventory signoff etc.)
