Project Manager- Life Science Manufacturing

Job Location: Oceanside - CA
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills – particularly in dealing with senior stakeholders around the business.
• Strong oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills.
• High intellectual capability.
• Ability to work unsupervised with high level of self-motivation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability and experience to lead teams, resolve issues, drive performance
• Ability and experience to interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and articulate business value and objective of the project
• Ability and experience to work with the technical team to drive solution design and construct project plan to deliver the solution
• Ability and experience to monitor and manage project execution and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability and experience to manage financials and budgeting requirements of the project
• Ability and experience to manage project execution risks, device mitigation plans and work with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Ability and experience in executing GxP projects in Life Sciences industry preferably in Manufacturing space
• Understanding of Validation related project documentation and experience in working with QA and Validation Leads for documentation reviews and approvals
• Experience in problem resolution, coordination with multiple teams and solution driven mindset.
• Understanding of business processes and manufacturing domain in life sciences industry

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $66,8+6 - $153,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
