Designation - Project Manager/Operation Manager
Job Location - Work from home(Pune)
Job Type - Full time(US Shift)
Start date - Immediate
We are setting up a process for the world's largest ecommerce platform and looking for a project manager for the same .
Job Role
• Managing team of sales & service consultants
• Converting leads into order
• Owning end to end life cycle of seller
• Overall responsible for all activities regarding the project
Skill Set Needed
• Excellent communication skills & strong command in verbal and written English
• Basic computer operating skills
• Team management skills
• Past experience in sales will be a plus but not mandatory
Perks & Benefits
• A project manager will be paid fixed INR 50000/Month + variable(Variable payout will be done every quarter)
• Salary is fixed and there will be no negotiation
• Variable will be paid on basis sales and service matrix which will be owned by Project manager (An ideal project manager will be able to generate upwards of INR 120000 variable pay/quarter basis his performance)
• The role will be wfh but the project head will be required to make at least 2 visits/week to Pune HO to report to management
