Role & responsibilities:
Preparation of Barchart, Mile stones and its periodically (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) reporting to GM Projects.
PM determines cost and time goals as well as "micro-goals" for accomplishing different phases of the construction. Based on these goals, the PM sets out the number of workers and types of supplies and materials necessary to achieve the goals.
Before the work begins, the PM prepares cost estimates - considering wages, equipment and materials - to help establish a budget and get it approved from GM projects.
Study of BOQ item with detail specification in accordance with Standards.
Calculate the floor wise quantities and requirement of material for each BOQ item.
Once the project begins, the PM must ensure that the team doesn't overrun the budget.
Coordinate with team, billing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Planning Engineer, Execution Engineer, MEP team and get work done from team effectively.
Reporting to GM projects and Management team about progress of work, achievement, any disputes.
Verification of Labour contractors bills for payment. The quantities should not be excess than tender BOQ item / budgeted amount.
Coordinate with various governmental agencies, regulatory bodies which are related with different permissions required for completion of project.
Understand ethical behavior and business practice and insure own behavior and aligns with our organization.
Establishing plans, budgets, allocating resources; reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections if any activity is lagging behind.
Build company image by collaborating with Clients, customers, related organizations and employees and by adopting ethical business practices ( construction activities, behaving with clients, and many other)
PM should communicate effectively. Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective tools and techniques. (Use of MSP, Power Point, Microsoft office, knowledge of tally.
