Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects, from initial concept through to final installation.
Team Management: Manage and coordinate the work of the execution team, including Site Supervisors, Liaison Officers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project operations.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is realized in the final design.
Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project, escalating to senior management when necessary.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget tracking, and any potential risks or issues.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience(3-5 years) as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry, with a strong understanding of home interiors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with interior design concepts, materials, and techniques.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems under pressure.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
