Join the home for entrepreneurs Your Responsibilities : - Support the central team of Körber's sustainability initiative, which develops the Group's ESG strategy and oversees its successful implementation to fulfill Körber's sustainability promise: - "Through our activities, we enable a better life for current and future generations." - Work closely with the leadership of the Group-wide sustainability initiative. - Establish and maintain a cross-business and cross-functional PMO for sustainability projects in areas such as ESG reporting (e.g., sustainability report), ESG KPIs, ESG ratings and rankings, ESG software implementation, maintenance and development, and ESG improvement projects. - Support relevant stakeholders in planning and tracking projects, developing and implementing project governance, and maintaining an overview of all projects. - Project preparation, e.g., assisting in defining and prioritizing goals, defining roles and responsibilities within the project team and its close environment, and creating project plans. - Project execution, e.g., continuous monitoring of project progress, status updates from responsible parties, stakeholder-oriented reporting, risk identification and mitigation planning, resource allocation, meeting preparation and follow-up, continuous project documentation, regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, project controlling, setting and tracking quality standards, organizing, moderating, and following up on workshops. - Project closure, e.g., preparing final project reports or presentations, documenting best practices and lessons learned, and ensuring sustainable integration of project outcomes into the organization. - Initiating and managing own new projects until handover to the relevant departments. Your Profile - Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in sustainability, business administration, or natural/engineering sciences with a focus on sustainability. - At least 2-3 years of professional experience in PMO and/or project management, ideally in sustainability or environmental management projects within consulting firms or international industrial companies. - Passion for project management, with a strong interest in controlling and establishing project standards. - In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban. - Experience using project management tools like Jira. - Familiarity with project management standards and quality assurance. - Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Fluent in English; German would be a plus. - Strong analytical skills, independent and structured working style. - Confident demeanor, initiative, strong communication and teamwork skills. - Enthusiasm for sustainability and strong persuasive and assertive abilities.
