Qualification: BE (Mech) & Primavera/MS Projects
Experience: 18 - 25 Years
Location: Ghansoli
• Prime responsible to develop and establish a project schedule, budget, cost and resources schedule further develop in conjunction with the project team suitable work breakdown structure for the project (EPC).
• Prepare and develop project plans & schedules using primavera according to standards, contract specifications and accepted Project Management practices.
• Preparation, updating and monitoring the Project schedule up to L4 Level with daily reports received, from functional execution departments as well daily site vigilance with respect to manpower, utilities, machines & work front study.
• Managing & Prepare WBS, Activity, Project Schedule, resource schedule and Procurement Schedule on Primavera P6 throughout lifecycle of projects and processes.
• Responsible for organizing the project daily/ Weekly/ monthly meeting through project manager with key personnel for resolution of site interface issues among the departments & discussion on the critical activities for the project.
• Identify the critical & subcritical paths of the project schedule and prepare & distributes lists of related activities and events to be carefully monitored.
• Coordinate with engineering & procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and material & equipment availability.
• Updating of the Drawing / Document registers with in all incoming drawings & documents. v Monitor day to day work progress and manage manpower at site.
• Review & monitor project progress on regular basis and define corrective action for schedule & cost adherence. v Eliminate instance of work stoppage (or Delay) due to lack of resources / Material availability.
• Responsible for preparation of project delay analysis, mitigation plans and look ahead schedules, project extended stay analysis, project cost review at regular intervals.
• Prepare & circulate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports & MIS to all stockholders. v Develop One Week, One Month & +0 days look ahead plan for the project (Quantity, progress, Billing, cost & cash flow).
• Preparation of time tracking report & Delay analysis report of each activity. v Responsible for Client Billing, coordinating with Client, establishing communication with discipline leads team with key alignment as per project objectives.
• Maintain the record of material & Manpower, checklists of project billing.
• Prepare the project Budget on a quarterly & yearly basis.
• Monitoring & tracking of resource allocation. v Cost analysis of hired Plant / Machinery for each activity on a daily basis.
• Developing S curves for EPC project progress and creating Dashboards.
• Tracking ongoing projects as per major milestone events occurrence for completion within contractual work program.
• Involved in Contract Management related to planning and its correspondences. v Lead project review meetings and discussions with Client/Contractors as well as Engineers.
• Preparation of presentation for client & management team on weekly, monthly or as & when required.
• Attending client meeting with proper progress report. Arranging the contractors meeting on regular basis for progress of work or speed of work.
• Expertise in project management, quality Management & HSE compliance, construction legal & statutory requirement, contract Management, Risk Management, Value engineering. v Negotiations with all the vendors on techno commercial matters.
