PROJECT TEAM LEADER
We need an additional Project Team Leader in Auckland to join our existing engineering team to help with delivery and management of projects.
ROLE INCLUDES
Lead role on the delivery of multi-disciplined Building Services projects.
Proactively managing the quality of design, documentation and timely delivery of design services.
Proactively managing the design co-ordination with the other members of the design team.
Condition assessments and technical due diligence surveys and reporting
And generally helping deliver successful projects that exceeds our client’s needs.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Bachelors Degree qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 8 years professional consulting experience
Sound knowledge of general Building Services disciplines
Proven skills and experience in Project Engineering
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
Be a people person and a relationship builder
Energy and passion for quality and timely delivery of solutions tailored to each client
Achievement orientated
Revit MEP and AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
NZ resident or current work permit
