Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, for management review.
Coordinate maintenance work, enforce leases, and prepare reports for property management.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, prioritizing tasks, and demonstrating proficiency in problem-solving and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 3 years of previous accounting experience, preferably in construction accounting.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize industry-specific accounting tools.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounts.
Experience in Commercial Property Management.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask across different types of accounting/property management projects.
