Replacement Reserves: Analyze, make recommendations and process withdrawal
Commercial Lease Administration: Tracking lease terms, rent payments, and lease renewals for tenants.
Property Managers: Communicating with property managers regarding rent payments, late charges, and other lease-related issues
Vendor Review: Reviewing vendor invoices for property-related expenses
Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
