Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records related to property management, providing support for various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our real estate portfolio while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Duties
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for properties under management.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for property operations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide administrative support related to real estate operations
Reconcile CAM
Requirements
Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proficiency in office administration with excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
