This position reports directly to the Controller and focuses on property-level accounting and operational support for RPL International's real estate activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor agreements, ensure accurate property statements, and maintain internal controls.
• Manage vendor invoices, tenant billings, and recurring charges.
• Oversee entity setup, compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Support rent collection, operating expense reconciliation, and tax-related reporting.
• Ensure vendor information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
• Prior experience in real estate accounting or a related financial role.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi or comparable software.
• Strong Excel abilities and analytical thinking.
