Job Description
Prepare and review monthly financial reports
Carry out bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses
Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends

The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Accountant should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of commercial property accounting experience
CAM Reconciliations experience
Yardi or MRI experience
Strong communication skills
