This position is ideal for professionals with strong accounting skills and a background in property management who are committed to delivering accurate financial results.Responsibilities:• Manage financial operations for a portfolio of commercial properties, including preparing and analyzing financial statements.• Oversee tenant billing, rent collection, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely processing.• Prepare and monitor annual operating and capital budgets, forecasting expenses and tracking financial performance.• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational and client standards.• Administer lease agreements, including abstracting lease details and managing financial obligations.• Review and process vendor invoices, verifying compliance with contracts and budgets.• Utilize property management software, such as Yardi, to track financial transactions and produce reports.• Provide support to corporate accounting teams by preparing documentation for owner reporting.• Conduct financial audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.• Respond to tenant inquiries regarding financial matters, account status, and lease-related concerns.
