Maintain no direct interaction with tenant ledger
Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications
Maintain accurate customer credit records
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Accountant in Sumner, Washington, United States. The role involves managing financial operations for both residential and commercial properties. The Property Accountant will oversee multiple accounts, dealing with a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
