Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the ACT region.
What You'll Do Attend customer properties to assess damage, quantify repairs, and authorise settlements. Negotiate and manage repair scopes, variations, and total loss settlements with suppliers and customers.Monitorrepairs through to completion, resolving delays and ensuring quality outcomes. Drive cost-effective solutions with suppliers to meet agreed targets for claims costs. Collaborate with claims teams and partners to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Identifyopportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years experience in property assessing, loss adjusting, construction trade. Strong understanding of claims management processes and repair methodologiesis preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Current drivers licence andabilityto travel asrequired. A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
