Property Finance Administrator

In this role, you’ll be the financial heartbeat of our property operations making sure rent, operating expenses, and revenue are accurate, compliant, and handled with care. You’ll be the go-to link between our Property and Finance teams, helping protect the integrity of critical infrastructure across Aotearoa. Experience administering financial processes across accounts payable or receivable
Confidence reviewing and analyse commercial contracts such as leases or licences
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with great communication skills
Sound judgement, professionalism, and the ability to spot issues early
Commercial curiosity and an interest in identifying revenue opportunities
