We are seeking someone who possesses an outstanding level of customer service, great time management skills and a proven track record in striving for excellence. You must have the ability of problem-solve, work autonomously but also work as a part of a team, creating and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and willing to deliver an outstanding service to create raving fans.

The ideal candidate will have:
Must speaks Mandarin/Cantonese
At least 2 years of Property Management experience
Professional presentation
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
The ability to work autonomously yet still be a part of a team
Your duties will be:
Managing 150+ properties
Liaising with tenants, owners and tradespeople
VCAT preparation and appearances
Daily property management duties
Leasing
The successful applicant must have an Agent’s Representative Certificate and a valid driver’s license.
