What This Job Involves
• You will be single point of contact as well as administrative head of JWC and responsible for Testing and Commissioning as well as Operations & Maintenance Engineering Assets. Your JD includes following.
• Testing and Commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, ELV and PHE equipment and systems.
• Attending Weekly T&C Meeting with Project and RIL operations team.
• Maintaining Transition tracker as per schedule.
• Preparing OPEX Budget
• Preparing SOP, PPM, Check-Lists for various assets.
• Daily Engineering Report
• Monthly Management Report
• Ensuring training for all equipment and system by OEM.
• Snagging/De-snagging of before HOTO.
• Critique of all technical documents before HOTO.
• Smooth HOTO of Engineering Assets as per the client contract with PDS.
• Operations of HVAC, PHE, ELV and Electrical systems as and when required.
• Daily meeting with site team for smooth O&M at the site.
• Hiring, Induction and Training of Technicians of Third Party Vendors.
• Attendance and Invoices for all JLL staffs.

You will be working on The Capital, which is a Mixed Commercial & Retails type Infrastructure located in Mumbai.

Being Analytical and Meticulous

Paying attention to detail and having excellent problem-solving skills is essential. Teamwork and management skills are added advantages. You must have the capacity to multitask efficiently with excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Qualifications
• You will have a Degree Electrical/Mechanical equivalent, with min 8 to 10 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/ Hotel.
• Additionally, this role requires a thorough understanding of Commercial Properties.
