We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio, with the flexibility to shape the role around the right candidate’s experience, capacity, and career goals.
This position is designed to remove the common pressure points from property management by providing strong team support, clear systems, and multiple earning opportunities.

About the Role
Management of a residential portfolio
Relationship management with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders
Oversight of maintenance, arrears, and compliance
Collaboration with BDMs, leasing, routines, and admin support teams
Ability to focus on portfolio health, client experience, and retention
Opportunity to refine processes and contribute to team growth

Proven property management experience
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Solutions‑focused and professional
Comfortable working autonomously while supported by a wider team
Open to flexible structures and evolving responsibility
