The job involves visiting different Bank Branches of our clients & collecting important documents to be processed and then visiting the site for proper inspection & valuation.The candidate should have sound knowledge of property valuation.The candidate should be well versed with the local by-laws and property rates of Haldwani, Nainital, Rudrapur.Basic Knowledge of Autocad should be there.The candidate should have a degree or diploma in a field related to Civil Engineering.Candidate should have good communication skills.Should be fluent in Hindi & English, with good writing skills.Should have basic computer literacy, and be well versed with programs like MS Word & Excel.Candidate should have a 2- wheeler for an easier mode of travel, the candidate will be reimbursed for the traveling expenses.
