We are seeking a highly skilled Property Development Acquisition Manager to join our team at hire-fast-hr-solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operational execution of business development strategies.
This role involves conducting market analysis, strategic planning, and coordination with various teams to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Scanning and Analysis: Continuously scan the market for potential site locations based on strategic plans and location analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with real estate agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to explore new business opportunities.
• Catchment Area Studies: Gather and analyze decision-making data including catchment area studies, SWOT analysis, and providing a five-year sales projection based on gathered information.
• Documentation and Coordination: Complete necessary documentation and agreements, and coordinate with the project team for implementation.
Skill Requirements
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and sign LOI and agreements independently.
• Location Knowledge: Well-versed with local network, basic understanding of real estate laws, and local candidate preference.
Preferred Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any field.
• Language: English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or related fields.
Work Environment
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. The role requires willingness to travel as required and relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
