Job Description:
Estimation & Costing of Project/Enquiry.
Bought out items and follow up for quotations.
Preparation of Techno commercial Proposal.
Negotiation with Vendors for Raw materials.
Co-ordination with CO Team for Tender Uploading for MBU enquiries.
Co-ordination with Designer for BOM preparation after order of Project.
Preparation of technical & commercial proposal stating technical scope, exclusions and deviations if any for the Project and Preparation of commercial offer.
In case of tenders, preparation of unpriced offer including compliances of tender, Terms & conditions compliance, tender forms and supporting documents for PQC (Pre-qualification criteria).
Conducting negotiation meetings with vendors & preparing their comparisons for getting optimum raw materials cost.
In case of tenders, keeping of co-ordinations with CO team at the time of tender submission, tender opening and reverse auctions for MBU enquiries.
Key skills:
Study of Enquiry, preparation of GIST of tender or TARA of enquiry for pointing out highlights of enquiry.
Preparation of estimation of projects as per Drawings/Datasheets provided by client.
Preparation of costing of projects in accordance with Estimated quantities and raw material rates received from SCM or sub- vendors
