We are looking for chess teachers who have the ability to use chess to motivate, educate and help children discover the potential for greatness inside of them. We are looking for teachers with a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of children.
Qualifications
Be able to manage a classroom of up to 25 students
Create and foster a positive learning environment and exhibit positive rapport with students
Hold high expectations for student achievement
Provide individual or small group instruction for students who need additional assistance
Commit to constant professional and personal growth through working closely as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop chess instruction curriculum and weekly lesson plans that engage both beginning chess players as well as students with intermediate or advanced chess skills.
· Ability to teach using different methods and teaching styles, ensuring that all participants are fully engaged.
· Inspire, motivate and foster confidence in all students.
· Discuss and demonstrate the relevance of chess in other areas of life, particularly in strategy and decision making.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹30,000.00 per month
