PRT Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach core subjects such as:
• English
• Mathematics
• Science
• Social Studies
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and participation.
• Identify learning difficulties and provide additional support when needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
