Relocation - $30,000 +
Sign on bonus - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE
Retention bonus 10% of annual salary at 2 year mark

Guaranteed yearly Base Increase up to 5%
PTO: 400 hour carry over/or cash payout of not used 2X’s yearly/Time off increases with tenure
