Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychological Counsellor to join our IVF center. The counsellor will provide emotional and mental health support to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatments. You will play a key role in helping patients cope with infertility, treatment stress, pregnancy loss, and relationship challenges throughout their fertility journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and couple counselling for fertility-related emotional concerns
Offer support during IVF cycles, treatment failure, and pregnancy loss
Conduct psychological assessments and develop tailored interventions
Collaborate with IVF doctors and medical staff for holistic care
Educate patients on mental well-being and coping strategies
Provide pre- and post-treatment counselling, including during beta hCG result days.
Maintain confidentiality and detailed documentation of sessions
Conduct follow-up calls for ongoing emotional support.
Conduct group sessions or educational programs as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
