Language Mandatory: Proficiency in Marathi, English & Hindi is mandatory.
Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled and empathetic consultancy based psychologists specifically from Mumbai, to provide online and offline counselling services to clients.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance.
The role requires delivering quality mental health support, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless documentation for each session.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online & Offline Counselling Services:
Conduct virtual and in person therapy and counselling sessions for individuals, couples, or families.
Address diverse concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, grief, and other mental health challenges.
Build rapport and provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential session records for every client.
Prepare progress reports and submit necessary documentation as per company policies.
Follow ethical standards and compliance guidelines for maintaining client data.
3. Customized Care:
Design individualized therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs and goals.
Use evidence-based techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, or other therapeutic modalities.
Refer clients to Psychiatrists other specialists or services, if required, ensuring holistic care.
4. Flexibility in Scheduling:
Choose time slots based on your availability while meeting client needs.
Adhere to scheduled appointments and respect client confidentiality.
5. Continuous Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychology and mental health care.
Participate in team discussions, supervision sessions, and training when required.
Qualifications and Skills
Master’s Degree in Psychology (specialization in Clinical or Counselling).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in providing psychological counselling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle clients with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining records and reports.
Ethical and culturally sensitive approach to mental health care.
