InnerKraft is looking for a Clinical/ Senior Psychologist to join our young, enthusiastic, and dynamic team.
Job Location: Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Nature of Employment: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Provide Counselling and therapy
Research and development of engaging psychology related resources and content
Designing & delivering awareness programs and workshops
Strategizing, training & implementation
Contributing to the strategic vision of InnerKraft – assisting in short-term and long-term goals of the company
What are we looking for in you:
Must have a Bachelor's in Psychology + M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology (Regular Mode)
RCI Licensed would be preferred.
Working experience from any mental health organization/ hospital/diagnostic center is preferred.
Work experience: 4 - 7 years
Should be well versed in MS Word and MS Excel
Good communication skills in English (speak+read+write)
Must be able to speak and understand Bengali and/or Hindi
Must have in-depth domain knowledge of Psychology
Tech-savvy
Open-minded, self-driven and motivated
Eye for creativity and innovation
