Roles and Responsibilities
The British School, New Delhi seeks an experienced Psychology teacher, with the ability to teach IGCSE Global Perspectives. The Psychology teacher will be responsible for teaching Psychology in Secondary School. The appointee will have the ability to collaborate and develop programmes that are both stimulating and challenging to engage students of all abilities. They will also develop assessments to monitor the progress of student learning and achievement; use data on student achievement to inform planning and teaching; and share relevant feedback with students, parents and external institutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher and a postgraduate in Psychology. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school is desirable. The ideal incumbent should have experience of teaching in an international school offering the IGCSE/IB curriculum. Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
