Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart and proactive Public Relations Officer & Online Reputation Management (ORM) Officer to represent our brand online, handle customer interactions, manage feedback, and support basic legal communication. This role combines PR, social media, and basic legal handling for a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage on social media platforms (comments, DMs, mentions).
• Address public queries, concerns, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation across online channels (Google Reviews, forums, social platforms, etc.).
• Draft public-facing responses to both positive and negative feedback.
• Handle basic legal communications (disclaimers, terms, escalations).
• Coordinate with legal or internal teams on sensitive matters.
What You Need:
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in public relations, community management, or ORM.
• Basic legal awareness (terms & conditions, privacy, online communication standards).
• Ability to manage real-time online issues calmly and diplomatically.
