This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales Associate, located in Pune. The Pre-sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements, creating and presenting appropriate solutions, supporting the sales team with product knowledge and presentations, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and tenders.
The role also involves conducting market research to identify potential customers and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
• Experience in Pre-sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service
• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Market Analysis
• Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and demonstrations
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
