We are looking for a dynamic Brand Communications & PR Lead who can drive brand visibility, build strong media relationships, and execute impactful PR strategies. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong industry connections, and hands-on execution across media, influencers, and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Relations
● Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and decor media
● Drive consistent brand coverage across print, digital, and editorial platforms
● Manage press releases, media pitches, and follow-ups
● Identify and secure high-impact PR opportunities
2. Content & Communication
● Create compelling press notes, brand stories, and communication material
● Ensure all external communication aligns with brand tone and positioning
● Work closely with internal teams to craft narratives for launches and campaigns
3. Influencer Outreach
● Leverage strong network within the influencer and creator ecosystem
● Plan and execute influencer collaborations and gifting strategies
● Build long-term relationships with relevant creators in the luxury/lifestyle space
4. PR Strategy & Planning
● Develop and execute PR calendars and campaign plans
● Conceptualize and manage:
○ Brand events
○ Cross-brand collaborations
● Ensure strong on-ground and digital amplification of all initiatives
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
● Identify and execute strategic collaborations with like-minded brands
● Build partnerships that enhance brand visibility and positioning
Key Requirements
● 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing
● Strong network across:
○ Media (fashion & lifestyle, luxury & decor)
○ Influencers and creators
● Excellent writing and storytelling skills
● Strong understanding of luxury/lifestyle brand positioning
● Proven experience in executing PR campaigns, events, and collaborations
● Highly proactive, well-organized, and execution-focused

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
