Full knowledge of BOQ/ SPECIFICATION of Core knowledge of each item.
2) Responsible for negotiation & purchase of material related to civil construction in Real Estate and Infra Projects.
3) Need to have knowledge of Work Order, Purchase Order, and taking Quotation from vendors.
4) Negotiation & understanding of material requirements.
5) Vendor selection & review.
6) Follow up with vendors & preparation of MIS report.
7) Strong Negotiation Skills.
8) Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition.
+) Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc for analysis and finalization
10) Ensure materials purchased are according with company requirement.
11) Responsible for requisition process for new product, from sourcing, negotiating quotations, renew and discontinue contract with supplier.
12) Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
13) Assist in sourcing, negotiation and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
14) Assist in evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
15) Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
16) Assist in resolving supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
17) Assist in evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
18) Assist in performing packing, shipping and receiving operations.
1+) Prepared & submit monthly purchasing & store related report.
20) Processing of Material Indents, Co-ordination with site team, BOQ/ Enquiries floating to suppliers, Taking Quotations from suppliers, Negotiation and Material follow-ups.
21) Purchase and Procurement of Material for real estate site.
22) Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
