Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive (IT) located in Surat. The Purchase Executive will handle the day-to-day tasks of managing purchase orders and requisitions, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of IT-related goods and services. Responsibilities also include coordinating with different departments to forecast needs and negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best prices and contracts.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing IT Hardware.
• Experience in import procurement – sourcing and purchasing IT hardware from international suppliers.
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in IT procurement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
