To get quotations from vendors for purchase of various items pertaining to Building construction. Strong interpersonal skills, Vendor finalisation and day to to updation of purchases in system. Follow up with site in-charge about material receipts and getting approval for purchase from MD etc. are the main job description. The person should have atleast minimum 5 years experience in the filed of purchase. He is responsible for local purchase and other interstate purchase of materials. He should be familiar with the procedures in large organization viz. Builders and Real Estate company. Upkeep of purchase records and vendor listing is very important.
