• *Key Responsibilities:**

1. **System Development:**

- Design and develop new reports, forms, and input methods to meet evolving business requirements.

- Build and enhance systems on Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Sites, and Looker Studio.

- Explore and implement innovative solutions and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

2. **System Management and Maintenance:**

- Oversee the smooth functioning of existing systems and provide timely troubleshooting as required.

- Ensure system reliability and address any technical issues promptly.

3. **Database Integration and Management:**

- Design, implement, and maintain databases (e.g., MySQL or similar) to optimize data handling and reporting processes.

- Integrate database solutions with existing systems for enhanced performance.

4. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**

- Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and other tools to support decision-making.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems and reports.

5. **Collaboration and Training:**

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements for new developments and enhancements.

- Train team members on the usage of new systems, tools, and workflows.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Expertise in Google Workspace tools (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Sites, Looker Studio) and related add-ons.

- Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL or similar).

- Proficient in developing and automating workflows and systems.

- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
