Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop software applications using Python programming language
• Write efficient, testable, and reusable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Identify and rectify software defects and bugs
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Implement security and data protection
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Assist in deploying software solutions to the cloud
• Create and execute unit tests
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of Python and its ecosystem
• Familiarity with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks
• Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles
• Solid understanding of software development best practices
