About the Role:
Navtara is looking for a proactive Area Manager to oversee a cluster of outlets in Goa. As an Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational standards, mentoring outlet teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned outlets to maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to enhance team training and resolve operational challenges.
• Analyze outlet performance metrics, including sales and customer feedback, to implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with Navtara’s quality, hygiene, and SOP standards.
• Act as the key link between outlets and the Operations Manager to ensure smooth communication and strategy execution.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5-8 years of experience in F&B; or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage blue-collar teams.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance reports and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A hands-on, problem-solving approach to operational challenges.
