Job Description: Assistant Manager – QA & QC (Gupt Vrindavan Dham – Hare Krishna Cultural Centre, Jaipur)

Position: Assistant Manager – QA & QC
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Construction/Religious Infrastructure Development
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Management:
Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and standards for the HKM Temple construction project.
Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality benchmarks as per project specifications.
Inspection and Testing:
Conduct regular inspections and tests for materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Verify material quality and approve materials for use in construction.
Quality Control Implementation:
Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor ongoing construction activities, including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
Identify non-conformities and work with the project team to implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of quality tests, inspection reports, and certifications.
Prepare and present QA/QC reports to project management and stakeholders.
Coordination with Teams:
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to address quality issues effectively.
Work closely with procurement teams to ensure the delivery of quality-compliant materials.
Standards and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local and international construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
Facilitate audits and ensure readiness for inspections by regulatory authorities or consultants.
Training and Development:
Provide training to site staff on quality standards and procedures to enhance awareness and adherence.
Promote a culture of quality consciousness among project teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Certifications in QA/QC or construction quality management will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with exposure to civil, structural, and MEP works.
Experience in religious or heritage projects will be preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, materials testing, and inspection processes.
Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and relevant software tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Key Attributes:
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Passion for contributing to a culturally and spiritually significant project.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
