Job Description
Maintain accurate records and files of all quality control tests and tasks
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are carried out by all employees
Plan and coordinate all third party lab testing activities
Ensure all parameters are recorded with documentation during R&D runs
Attend and participate in production transition meetings and QA meetings
Investigate customer complaints and draft written responses following the E-Power Centre program
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Prepare, document and assist in evaluating internal audit findings and implement corrective actions
Assure on-going compliance with product safety and quality, customers and regulatory requirements
Abide by all safety rules and safety regulations as set by Que Pasa Mexican Foods
Follow all aspects of the Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) program
Know where the MSDS is located and how to read them
Know what safety equipment is needed to perform a specific job task
Has the knowledge of what chemicals are used to clean specific equipment

Must be available to work on the weekends
Salary: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
