The Supply Specialists are currently recruiting for QTS teachers to start work in a range of schools in Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share resources.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Requirements
QTS is essential.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
